McAfee have announced a global agreement with HP to supply a 90 Day trial of their Total Protection Service on the HP Storageworks X500 Data Vault series. This is expected given the relationship between the two businesses on the HP MediaSmart Server series, and it’s certainly a neatly integrated AV solution for Windows Home Server.
I’d love to see client protection managed from the home (sorry, small business) server included in this pack too, in the say way achieved by Avast. That said, my trial subscription has now expired on my MediaSmart Server and I haven’t been compelled to pay the subscription – have you?
