Kaspersky Lab has achieved the highest score in the Internet security testing for the third year in a row, proving that its products offer the best protection against malware industry. The Kaspersky Lab products have entered more Top 3 than any other vendor in-depth independent tests of 2015.
It analyzed the performance of about 100 vendors who have participated in a series of IT security testing for businesses, home users and mobile devices during the year. They were taken into account only to tests conducted by recognized independent laboratories, whose methodology is clear and transparent, such as AV-Comparatives, AV-TEST, Dennis Technology Labs, MRG Effitas, and so on. Tests evaluate all security technologies from known threats, unknown and more advanced.
At each vendor it is assigned a score based on the number of the first three positions and prizes obtained, in relation to the number of tests in which he participated. In 2015, Kaspersky Lab products have participated in 94 independent tests, obtaining the first place in 60 of them; the best result for the sector. Kaspersky Lab solutions have also achieved a higher percentage of the first three positions of any other vendor: 82%.

The security vendor included in the analysis are: Avast, AVG, Avira, Bitdefender, BullGuard, ESET, F-Secure, G Data, Intel Security (McAfee), Microsoft, Panda, Sophos, Symantec, Trend Micro, and so Street. The considered test evaluated the performance of the solutions mainly based on the detection and removal of malware, mobile security, anti-phishing and parental control.
