Website Administration and Support – • Ability to assist with content management • Setup monitoring and alerts around website status and performance • Knowledgeable with SSL and website security • Ability to make modifications to websites including page layouts, navigation, etc… using CSS style sheets, templates, etc…
General Desktop Support – • Deploy workstations, laptops using imaging and manual processes • Install and implement approved applications • Ability to communicate and work as a team as well as an individual while supporting multiple client environments • Setup network security for access to appropriate data including network shares, user homes, and SharePoint • Printers – Troubleshoot common printing issues and new printer setup Skills – • Basic understanding of WordPress, IIS, Apache, JavaScript, Asp.net, HTML would be a bonus • Active Directory including Windows Domain security models • Linux would be a nice to have • Understanding of cloud service providers such AWS, Azure, etc… including ability to setup websites • DELL Hardware and Cisco equipment • Windows Vista through 8.1 operating systems • Office 2007 to 2013 including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lync, and BI Tools • Laptop/Desktop/Server Imaging using tools such as Ghost, MDT, etc… • Virus and Anti-malware protectionincluding products such as Trend Micro, Microsoft Intune, Forefront Endpoint Protection, etc…
